Terms of Service.
The rules for using Vector Foundry Studios websites and the CraftMock web app.
Last updated October 16, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vector Foundry Studios ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to vectorfoundrystudios.com, the CraftMock web app at craftmock.vectorfoundrystudios.com, the free trial at trial.vectorfoundrystudios.com, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Orders and payment (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders placed on this website. Paddle handles payments, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and billing inquiries, and processes returns and refunds.
Purchases made on Etsy (for example, one-time CraftMock lifetime licenses and digital designs) are made through Etsy and are also governed by Etsy's terms and policies.
3. CraftMock subscription
- Price: CraftMock Pro costs $9.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes calculated by Paddle at checkout.
- Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month and you will be charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: you can cancel at any time from your CraftMock account page (Account → Manage billing), which opens the Paddle customer portal, or by emailing us. You can also manage your purchase at paddle.net.
- After cancelling: you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You won't be charged again.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, access may continue for a short grace period while Paddle retries the payment; after that, access is paused until payment succeeds.
- Price changes: we will give you advance notice by email of any price change. The new price applies from your next billing period; you can cancel before then.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
4. Free trial
The CraftMock free trial requires no payment and no payment details. Trial output may include watermarks and some features may be limited. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.
5. Your license to use CraftMock
While your subscription (or a valid lifetime license key) is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CraftMock web app to create product mockups for your own business or personal use, including commercial use of the mockups you create. All rights in the software, templates, scene assets and branding remain ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or extract the app, its code or its built-in template assets, except as allowed by law.
6. Accounts, sign-in and devices
- Subscribers sign in with their email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Each subscription or license key may be used on up to 3 devices (a device is a browser on a computer, tablet or phone). You can remove a device from your account page.
- Accounts and license keys are for one person or one small business's own use. You may not resell, share, rent, or publish your account, sign-in codes or license keys, or use them to provide access to others.
7. Your artwork and your mockups
You keep all ownership of the artwork you upload and the mockup images and videos you create with CraftMock. We don't claim any rights to them. CraftMock processes your artwork in your browser (see our Privacy Notice).
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any artwork, logos, photos, or other content you upload or use, and that your mockups and listings don't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to break the Service's security, licensing, or device limits; automate abuse of the sign-in or code system; interfere with the Service or other users; or use the Service for anything unlawful.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, revoke license keys, or limit devices if we reasonably believe an account or key is being shared, resold, or abused, or these Terms are being broken. Where appropriate, we'll contact you first by email. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Changes to the Service
We continually improve CraftMock and may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, you may cancel, and you may request a refund as described in the Refund Policy.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mockups are visual representations and may not exactly match a physical product.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Foundry Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be limited.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify subscribers by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
